These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k99 ("k99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the k99 website at https://k99.my and all associated services, games, betting facilities, and promotional features offered thereon.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of k99 in any capacity whatsoever, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of k99 and contact support to request account closure.

To register and maintain an active account on k99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: k99 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.
By registering a k99 account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles k99 to immediately suspend your account and void all associated transactions.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) k99 account. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a violation of these Terms. k99 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. k99 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k99 login credentials. You must not disclose your password or OTP to any third party, including k99 support agents. k99 will never request your password. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether you personally authorised it.
3.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your k99 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify k99 support immediately via live chat. k99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your k99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer an account shall render it immediately subject to suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. k99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. k99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on k99 is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred) unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day as displayed in the payment interface at the time of deposit.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your k99 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business day of confirmed receipt, subject to banking processing times.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. k99 reserves the right to apply processing fees on withdrawals where stated.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. k99 may require identity verification, address verification, or payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include a copy of a valid CNIC, recent bank statement, or mobile wallet screenshot. k99 reserves up to seventy-two (72) hours to review verification documents before processing the withdrawal.
4.6 Withdrawal to Funding Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. k99 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
4.7 Player-Owned Accounts Only. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the k99 account holder. k99 does not permit the use of third-party payment accounts for any transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: k99 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced review and reporting obligations. k99 reserves the right to freeze funds pending AML investigation where required.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, rakeback payments, and other promotional incentives offered by k99 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different games contribute at different rates towards completing wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 20%. Some games may contribute 0%. The applicable rates are displayed in the promotion terms for each offer.
5.4 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses on k99 are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a k99 account under any name or mobile number are not eligible for first-deposit bonuses. k99 uses technical means to identify duplicate registrations and will forfeit bonuses claimed on such accounts.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. k99 takes a strong position against bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk bets that cover both outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements; using any automated system to fulfil bonus wagering; and claiming bonuses while using payment methods associated with previous k99 accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. k99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players; k99 may withhold a bonus from a player if, in k99's reasonable assessment, the player is not using the platform for recreational purposes.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets on k99, including cricket, are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. k99 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including for reasons of market management, suspicious betting patterns, or technical error.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by k99 in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the required number of overs, innings, or periods; (b) a manifest error in odds is identified by k99; (c) the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated or match-fixed; (d) the player has placed the bet using funds subject to bonus wagering abuse procedures.
6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to live market availability. k99 may suspend in-play markets at any point during a match at its discretion. In-play odds reflect real-time match conditions and may change rapidly. Bets placed and confirmed prior to market suspension will stand.
6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. k99 applies maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits as displayed in the relevant sport or event section. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding these limits may be rejected or stakes reduced accordingly. k99 will notify the player in such cases before bet confirmation.
6.5 Settlement of Bets. All cricket bets on k99 are settled in accordance with official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other). Results from unofficial sources will not be used. Any error in initial settlement will be corrected when the error is identified, regardless of when settlement occurred.
6.6 Dispute Resolution for Bets. Any dispute relating to bet settlement must be raised with k99 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event settling. k99 will review the dispute and issue a decision based on available official data. k99's decision on bet settlement disputes is final and binding.
7.1 Game Integrity. All slot games, live casino games, and instant-win titles on k99 use certified RNG (Random Number Generation) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. k99 does not modify game outcomes and does not alter published RTP figures.
7.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the fair conduct of a game or bet, k99 reserves the right to void the affected round or game session. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous credit of winnings to a player's account, k99 is entitled to reclaim such amounts regardless of whether the player has subsequently withdrawn or wagered them.
7.3 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games are conducted in accordance with the rules of each individual game as displayed in the game interface and the live dealer studio. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's understanding and the live dealer's ruling, the in-studio ruling as confirmed by k99's live casino team shall be final.
7.4 Disconnection During Play. k99 accepts no liability for disconnection from a live game or slot round caused by the player's internet connection, device, or local network. Where a disconnection occurs during a round, the round will continue to its natural conclusion and the outcome will be settled accordingly upon reconnection.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of the account, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits), and permanent ban from the k99 platform. k99 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
9.1 Player Responsibility. k99 is a platform for adult entertainment. Players accept full responsibility for their own gambling decisions and acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. k99 encourages all players to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to treat gambling as entertainment rather than as a source of income.

10.1 Suspension by k99. k99 may suspend or close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (d) player self-exclusion request; or (e) any other reason k99 reasonably deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
10.2 Forfeiture of Balances. Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms by the player, k99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits. Where a suspension is made for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, genuine deposited funds will be returned to the player following completion of all relevant verification procedures.
10.3 Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting k99 live chat support. Upon closure request, k99 will process any eligible withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation will not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
10.4 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. k99 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as stated in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
All content on the k99 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of k99 or its licensed content providers. No player or third party is granted any licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from k99 content without express prior written consent from k99.
Game content provided by third-party game studios (including slot providers and live casino operators) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to k99 for display purposes only. Players must not record, stream, or broadcast k99 content without prior written authorisation from k99 and the relevant content provider.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k99's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the k99 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 k99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if k99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 k99 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. k99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service outages, maintenance periods, or force majeure events including acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, network failures, or government action.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
k99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a k99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
k99 uses your personal data for purposes including: account management; identity and age verification; payment processing; fraud prevention; regulatory compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; and sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

k99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
